INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS
One of the latest applications for our QX tools is the installation of solar panels. For assembly, precise tightening torques are prescribed that a standard cordless screwdriver is not able to achieve and usually more prescribed torques are needed. If you don't tighten enough, the panels can become loose, if overtightened, the panel can be damaged.
We have encountered moments of 15'Nm and 20Nm. Manual torque wrenches are also a solution, but for two torques you would have to have two wrenches on the roof or an adjustable wrench to adjust each time the torque changes.
QX cordless screwdrivers whether pistol or angle can tighten up to 32 different precisely set programs. Switching is quick and easy on the tightener display. If you would like to change any of the 32 programs, this is possible via an app on your mobile phone.
