These systems allow the screw connection to be made in such a way that it corresponds exactly to the tightening prescription and the joints are not overtightened or undertightened. The system has a graphical representation of the tightening curves.
It is possible to tighten not only to the moment, but also to the tightening angle, the yield point. Other possible tightening steps can be turning the spindle for easy starting of the wrench, turning back, loosening for a moment, etc. The system is equipped with steps for precise assembly of self-tapping and special screws. It includes a complete statistical evaluation and setting of statistical or maintenance alarms.

In the case of hand-held wrenches, it is primarily a matter of reducing the weight and increasing the speed and accuracy of the tool, reducing the noise level and placing the light signal directly on the tool. The digital converter of the measured values of torque and angle of rotation is integrated directly in the tool, which increases its accuracy and reliability.
Electric screwdrivers are suitable for assembly in light industry, mainly in electrical engineering. They are used for small moments in the range from 0.1 to 6.4 [Nm].
