We are a distributor and an authorized service center of INGERSOLL RAND, for the division of industrial tools, assembly tools, service tools and handling equipment.

    Pneumatic, electric and cordless tools for industrial assembly. Main customers are production plants for the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Tools for precision assembly are the main focus. Especially controlled tighteners.

Industrial tools /slot tighteners, grinders, chisel hammers/
    Pneumatic electric and cordless tools used in industrial production. Main customers are production plants for the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Main segments are products for grinding, riveting, and high torque tightening.

Service tools / tools for auto and tyre service equipment,/
    pneumatic electric and cordless tools for service work. Customers are mainly from the automotive repair and maintenance industries of manufacturing companies.

Handling equipment /balancers spring, pneumatic, rail systems/
  load handling systems. Track systems. Balancers. Manipulators.

Air motors / a wide range of air motors/

We are one of Ingersoll Rand's strongest partners in the field of controlled screwdriving. In 2017, 2018, 2019 and again in 2021,2022 we have been awarded the highest possible PLATINUM Distributor award from Ingersoll-Rand. Our services have expanded from sales to include service, torque measurement, custom screwdriving (large torques), and development of custom software applications to control the assembly process.

Ingersoll Rand-History IR

The history of Ingersoll-Rand begins in 1871 when Mr. Simon Ingersoll patented the steam mining drill. This event led to the founding of the Ingersoll Rock Drill Company.
In 1872, Albert Rand founded the Rand & Waring Drill and Compressor Company, which he renamed the Rand Drill Company in 1879. A year later, the first Rand air compressor was introduced to the market.

Mr. Henry Sergeant left the business in 1885 and formed his own company, the Ingersoll Sergent Drill Company, which he merged with the Ingersoll Rock Drill Company in 1888 under the new name of the Ingersoll-Sergeant Drill Company. In 1902, the Rand mobile air compressor was introduced.

The current name Ingersoll-Rand was created in 1905 by the merger of Ingersoll-Sergeant and Rand Drill. The headquarters were located in New York City. In 1921, Ingersoll-Rand (India) Private Ltd was formed. The Schlage Lock Company, founded in 1920 by Walter Schlage, was acquired by Ingersoll-Rand in 1974.

Ingersoll-Rand acquired the major Clark Equipment Company in 1995, which includes the Bobcat, Club Car and Blaw-Knox product lines. A year later, Ingersoll-Rand was expanded to include The Steelcraft door manufacturing, and in April of the following year, the important Newman Tonks, an English door hardware company, was added.

The year 1997 was significant when Ingersoll-Rand acquired Thermo King, the largest manufacturer of mobile refrigeration equipment. In June 2000, another global company was acquired - the largest manufacturer of food storage and refrigeration equipment - Hussmann International, Inc. With the Thermo King subsidiary, they formed the Climate Control sector division, which succeeded in capturing a significant portion of the refrigeration and air conditioning market.

Ingersoll-Rand's product range is extensive. It manufactures air compressors, air tools, material handling equipment, door hardware, small turbines, bearings, golf carts mobile air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, food storage and cooling equipment.
